Pets Name: Red-dog and Mr. Moto,
Our mom was so scared to leave us for the first time( We knew we would be okay, but she is a softy) After touring a few kennels and meeting the staff, our mom and brother decided that they really liked Green Acres Pet Resort. We stayed for the weekend (don’t tell mom, but we hardly missed her) and had a great time. We are her babbies, along with human ones, and they took really good care of us. We want to come back. We listen for the words ” Daycare”. Mom says that it is great no having to worry about us when she is gone…. and we get lots of lovin’ and great care.

I just wanted to tell you what a great time I had on vacation with you! I have never spent a whole two weeks away form home before, but you all made it bearable for me. I made some new friends and had a blast! I wanted to come back to daycare soon!

If you are thinking about boarding your dog or bringing your dog to doggie daycare or looking for excellent grooming look no further. Green Acres Pet Resort is the place for your best friend. We have used these services for over 4 years. At the time we started we had two Labrador Retrievers and both of them could not wait to go to daycare, boarding and even grooming.
The facility provides large open fields with plenty of room to romp and play. What is really great is that each staff member learns the personality of each dog and cat(they have a cattery as well). This helps in determining who gets along with who….yes it is just like kids in kindergarten where some dogs do not prefer to play with others. So these personalities are accommodated.
The kennels are clean and the staff makes certain your best friend is comfortable. They will provide food, but you can bring their food from home which is better. They DO provide dog cookies throughout the day and the dogs know it. They also play ball and chase and when the weather gets warm they put out wading pools of water for the dogs to romp and lay in. They also have special events usually on Halloween and Xmas, and thney provide the dogs a little taste of turkey (owner permitted) on Thanksgiving.
Our dogs always get excited before we even turn down the driveway. They love it here. And at the end of the day your dog will come home tired. When our yellow lab passed away at a early age the staff at Green Acres cried with us and helped us through the difficult time.
What a great place to bring your dog for a day, a week or longer. We love it.
